Autumn Tag: The Movie

After an unbearably hot summer, I am thrilled and pleased that we've officially entered the autumn season. Although in East Asia, most countries still have days where there is 30 degrees heat. I, however, am determined to get into the autumn spirits regardless of the current outside weather. If you are an Autumn/Winter-person and look forward to all that is spooky like me, then please, by all means, grab a cup of hot coffee or tea or cocoa, and enjoy this cinnamon and vanilla infused post all about Autumn.

I tag all of you that are reading this post and have a love for the harvest season to answer these autumn-themed questions to celebrate the start of this magical and beautiful season.

Autumn Floral Fantasy. #StyleByMarina

You simply can not blame a girl for loving everything floral prints. And who says floral and paisley printed clothing is only meant for Spring, right. To me, the Autumn is the perfect season to live in printed blouses and floral dresses. So I decided to show two of my outfit ideas featuring floral printed culottes and how I style them.

Okay, so the first outfit I basically wore a mid turtleneck, mustard yellow, three-quarter sleeve shirt and paired it with a beautiful, similar colored velvet floral-printed high-waisted culotte pants. For shoes, I go for a pair of simple black sneakers to keep the casual, effortlessly chic look going. It is a super easy and simple combination, I literally spend less than 5 minutes to pick out this outfit and I it just oozes Autumn vibes. The mustard and brownish color match perfectly together and the clothes almost look like a set bought straight from a store!

You can find all the things I wore linked down below:
Mustard colored shirt: PAZZO
Velvet high-waisted printed culottes: GU JAPAN
Notting Hill Eco Bag: Portabello Road Market

For the second look, I switched it up for a slightly feminine and sexy look, which I don't usually go for but I tried and I really love how good it turned out. I went for a flowy black spaghetti strap chiffon top, and then I chose the same velvet high-waisted floral printed culotte pants but in the color black. Now because it is an Autumn outfit, I threw on a vintage studded cropped denim jacket and this look instantly got a bit edgier. Lastly, I put on my ankle boots from Forever 21.

What I Wore:
Black spaghetti strap chiffon top: PAZZO
Velvet high-waisted printed culottes: GU JAPAN
Denim Jacket: vintage
Ankle Boots: Forever 21

So that is it! I hope you guys like my post and hopefully got some inspiration from it. 4. These floral culottes are so much fun! I'm yet to try any for myself, but will definitely do so before the end of the year. I adore your hair worn in this style with the top knot, by the way :)
