Your Ultimate Halloween Decor Guide ft. Rosegal

October is unquestionably my favorite month of the year. The weather is turning cooler and chillier, nature is in a state of metamorphosis, the festive season is coming up and it is time to bring out those cozy sweaters and coats yet again. I have always been big on decorating my room, particularly during the autumn and winter months. Today, I thought I'd share some of my Halloween decor choices completed with items from the online shopping site Rosegal. Whether you are gearing up for a Halloween party or simply decorating your living room, there are some great options for you. So without further ado, let's hop right in!

A Literary Summer.

We as humans are forever in lust.
Craving for the next big thing that catches our eyes,
Longing for the next person that makes your spine tingles,
Chasing the next voyage to quenches our thirst for adventures,
Pining after that creature comforts life that oh so many dreams of.

We all have our life goals, at times the seemingly unrealistic dreams and aspirations.
They drive and fuel us and get us far in life,
Dreams keep us sane and preserve our hopes.
Goals constitute motivations and ambition.

But what of our souls?
What is to keep our souls nourished and our minds at peace?
For me, I turn to the creative outlet and the mother of artistic expression that is literature.
The sensation of the words of the wise dance through my minds like a fantastical waltz.
Each step and twirl inspires me more than the last one.
I find peace and quiet within the pages in a book,
They are the most abundant spiritual food that anyone could ever ask for.
Warm and soothing like the Tuscan sun,
Exuberant and vibrant like the walls of a rococo architecture.

One's mind is enriched by the literary works she reads and creates,
Her body is satisfied by Romanticism and Beat poetry,
And her soul is in a state of infinite abundance and jubilation.

Following the atlas of literature,
I've decided to go on a journey of art, history, knowledge, and self-discovery.

"Education is not the filling of a pail, but rather the lighting of a fire." - W.B. Yeats
